small lift two pin sockets

the electricity was off for a day the owner did not offer help. there were no backup generators i found that frustrating. the lift was very small so it was difficult to use with luggage. i needed an adapter because the electrical sockets were all two pin which was an inconvenience

attentive staff central location varied breakfast

The staff were so attentive and always ready to assist. I really liked the central location, very close to the Blue Mosque! The breakfast was amazing, with lots of variety to choose from each day. I will definitely stay here again!

The lift was rather small. It was difficult to fit luggage and multiple people. It would benefit from being slightly larger.

The Beautiful Double Room featured very clean surfaces and provided comfortable furnishings. I really appreciated this detail. The bathroom was well-kept and had modern fixtures. The shower was great. The room's layout maximized the space.

The staff demonstrated AMAZINGLY really good kindness and were very attentive to guest needs. They provided quick solutions to any questions and were always ready to help with a genuine smile. The hotel staff arranged airport transfers. THIS was helpful.

the location was convenient, very close to the blue mosque. the staff provided really good service, always ready with a smile. the included breakfast offered a lovely array of turkish delights. i also appreciated the bottled water replenished daily in my room.

The walls seemed quite thin. I could hear noises from the hallway Sometimes. it made for some difficult moments.

the location was acceptable for exploring the historic area.

The room size was small. additionally, i found the lack of soundproofing to be a problem. I could hear a lot of noise from the reception area at night and the thin windows let in street sounds too.

small room disruptive noise

the room proved smaller than expected. movement was somewhat restricted. i found the lack of soundproofing disruptive. noises from the reception area intruded late into the night. these issues detracted from what should have been a restful stay.
